“人民币跨境支付系统”英文？

　　据悉，中国人民币跨境支付系统（CIPS）将于年底前正式推出，预计最快将于9月或10月推出。CIPS的推出将促进人民币在国际支付中的使用。

　　据悉，中国人民币跨境支付系统预计今年启动，该系统能够促进人民币在跨境交易中的使用。
　　中国人民币跨境支付系统可以用China International Payment System（CIPS）表示，该系统旨在处理跨境人民币交易（process cross-border yuan transactions ），或成为全球范围内的人民币支付高速通道（a worldwide payments superhighway for the yuan）。
　　目前，跨境人民币结算（cross-border yuan clearing）要么通过在如香港、新加坡、伦敦的离岸人民币清算行（offshore yuan clearing banks），要么通过与在中国内地的往来银行（a correspondent bank）的帮助。而CIPS的建立是很大的突破。
　　CIPS将降低交易成本和处理时间（cut transaction costs and processing time），将有助于增加全球人民币的使用（increase global use of the Chinese currency）。
　　一位参与此事的高层银行业消息人士称，CIPS现已就绪，中国已经选定20家银行参与测试，其中13家为中资银行，其余为外资银行分支（subsidiaries of foreign banks）。预计最快将于9月或10月推出。
